EHOPE(Shenzhen) International Translation Co., Ltd is a language-solutions provider approved by the Shenzhen Administration for Industry and Commerce, founded by a team with overseas study and years of overseas translation experience. The company has built a multidisciplinary, multilingual team of professional and freelance linguists that includes professional reviewers from across China, native-speaker reviewers, returning scholars and PhDs, foreign language experts and scholars, research institutes, and professional translators from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce.
We operate strictly under the ISO 9001 quality system and the GB/T19001-2016 national quality assurance standard, with dedicated functions ensuring the professionalism, practicality, accuracy and timeliness of our services. - 2009 — EHOPE(Shenzhen) International Translation Co., Ltd is founded in Shenzhen.
- 2017–2019 — Language service provider for Web Summit (Lisbon) three years running, dispatching 50+ linguists in 2019 alone.
- 2019 — Served the Shenzhen German-Chinese Economic Summit, the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, MWC and the Asia-Pacific Green Low-Carbon Development Summit, among other major international conferences.
- 2020 — Present at INTERSEC Dubai; among the first to launch remote simultaneous interpreting during the pandemic; contributed pro-bono Spanish translation of the TCM section of China's COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment protocol.

Culture
The EHOPE logo draws on the Greek myth of the rainbow goddess, distilling "goddess" and "rainbow" into a minimalist mark. Evolved from a "loading" icon, five lines form the goddess's figure and gradient outward like a rainbow band — also standing for the five continents — while abstract patterns radiating from the figure evoke the transmission of information, mirroring what translation does. The whole signifies a focus on cultural communication, with quality leading the world.

Our Team
A professional translation and review team is the core and foundation of translation quality. EHOPE builds its team on full-time linguists complemented by contracted translators — combining the stability, timeliness and cohesion of an in-house team with the flexibility, domain breadth and language coverage of a contracted network, all sharing one production platform.
Over more than a decade, EHOPE has assembled a global team of 8,000+ full-time and freelance translators and reviewers — language graduates of leading Chinese universities, language professors, returning scholars, native translators and senior translation experts — forming a diverse, multilingual, multi-industry professional team. We maintain long-term partnerships with SI interpreters, professional translators and native-speaker reviewers at 20+ renowned universities and 30+ translation agencies across 50+ countries and regions, as well as China's Foreign Languages Publishing Administration, China Radio International, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Shanghai International Studies University and Fortune 500 companies based in China.
Every full-time and freelance linguist passes a rigorous screening and evaluation process and is categorized and graded by specialty and skill in a detailed translator database. All hold bachelor's degrees or above; 80% of our review experts hold master's or doctoral degrees; most translators hold CATTI Level 2 qualifications or above, with 5+ years of translation experience in their respective fields.

Open positions
- English Translator (full-time): bachelor's degree or above in English translation or English; CATTI Level 2 (translation) certificate; 2+ years of translation experience (flexible for outstanding fresh graduates); proficiency with CAT tools such as Trados, Wordfast or MemoQ.
- Project Assistant: bachelor's degree or above, any major (English or other language majors preferred); knowledge of or interest in the translation industry; strong communication skills, dependable and detail-oriented.
- Account Manager: bachelor's degree or above with 1+ year in a similar role; standard Mandarin, strong communication skills and rigorous logical thinking, with a command of business etiquette.
