EHOPE Supports the 2019 IEID Conference on Innovation and Emerging Industries

Technological innovation leads the development of new industries. On September 19–20, 2019, the 2019 International Conference on Innovation and Emerging Industries (IEID) was successfully held at the Shanghai International Convention Center — led by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and co-hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.

As one of the main events of the 21st China International Industry Fair, the conference brought together world-renowned industry experts and entrepreneurs — including Nobel chemistry laureate Barry Sharpless, UK Chief Scientific Adviser for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy John Loughhead, and Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering President Hugh Bradlow — to chart paths for technological innovation and industrial development.

EHOPE International Translation was invited to provide Chinese-English simultaneous interpreters, stenographers and interpreting equipment for the conference.
