2019 Shenzhen German-Chinese Economic Summit

On December 4, 2019, the "Accelerating Ahead, Win-Win Cooperation" 2019 German-Chinese Economic Summit, hosted by the German Chamber of Commerce in China (AHK), took place in Shekou, Shenzhen. The summit brought together more than 500 business leaders — CEOs and executives of Fortune Global 500 companies including Siemens, Volkswagen and Commerzbank, senior executives of major Chinese companies, China-based executives of German companies and SME representatives — to discuss transformation and innovation for global enterprises.

The summit and its German-Chinese international innovation incubation seminar built a platform for exchange between China and Germany: government representatives, business leaders and company delegates from around the world gathered to understand each side's industrial strengths and innovation advantages, exploring opportunities for international industrial cooperation through dialogue.
